1С-ЭДО — решение фирмы «1С», которое обеспечивает обмен юридически значимыми электронными счетами-фактурами, УПД и другими электронными документами прямо из «1С:Предприятия», без использования других программ. Обмен можно организовать через одного или несколько операторов электронного документооборота. Сервис 1С-ЭДО дает пользователям программных продуктов 1С ряд уникальных преимуществ: - решение встроено в типовые конфигурации 1С (не потребуется переключение в другие программы или сайты, не нужно дополнительно платить за внешние обработки для 1С, а также вносить в них изменения при плановом обновлении вашей программы 1С); - информация о подключенных к 1С-ЭДО организациях отображается в стандартном Справочнике контрагентов программы 1С. С таким контрагентом можно быстро настроить обмен. Для этого нужно нажать кнопку "ЭДО" и выбрать команду "Пригласить к обмену электронными документами"; - на основе поступивших электронных документов автоматически формируются учетные документы; - при первом получении новой номенклатуры от поставщика нужно указать, чему она будет соответствовать, в дальнейшем она сопоставляется автоматически. Можно выбрать номенклатуру из своей базы, создать по полученным данным от контрагента или загрузить из специального сервиса 1С:Номенклатура; - формирование, подписание и отправка документов реализации из программы 1С - в один клик; - автоматическое заполнение журналов и реестров входящих/исходящих электронных документов; - удобно отвечать на требования налоговой о предоставлении документов. Не надо искать бумажные документы, копировать их и организовывать отправку - все документы подбираете прямо в программе 1С, подписываете электронной подписью и отправляете через 1С-Отчетность. Опись при этом формируется автоматически; - есть возможность получать и обрабатывать в программе 1С счета от контрагентов, которые присылают их в собственных форматах. Фирма «1С» поддержала наиболее часто используемые счета крупных сбытовых компаний (Ростелеком, Мосэнергосбыт и др.). При необходимости можно реализовать поддержку в 1С документов любых форматов – описание технологии размещено на сайте ИТС.
